Responsibilities

• Shape and maintain a value-driven AI portfolio that supports strategic priorities across the KIRKBI ecosystem
• Lead AI initiatives from exploration and experimentation through implementation and adoption
• Foster a culture of curiosity and knowledge sharing by building AI capabilities across the organisation
• Build strong partnerships with external technology and AI providers to accelerate innovation
• Measure adoption, business impact, and value realisation of AI initiatives
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and principles for responsible and ethical AI use

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in digital and technology-driven transformation
• Proven experience driving AI, data, or digital initiatives in a multi-entity or matrix organisation
• Experience in consultancy or a large corporate environment managing initiative portfolios
• Strong skills in organizational change management and user enablement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder groups
• Ability to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions
