Senior Manager, AI Implementation

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities across the organization
• Translate business challenges into practical AI initiatives, implementation plans, and adoption roadmaps
• Drive AI adoption, change management, and value realization efforts
• Work hands-on with AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, agents, dashboards, and prototypes
• Coordinate execution across business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and executive-level reporting to measure AI program success
• Support governance, scaling, and operationalization of AI solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on AI enablement and transformation initiatives

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology enablement, management consulting, or operations improvement
• Proven experience leading AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments
• Experience implementing, governing, scaling, or operationalizing AI solutions
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to prototype and validate solutions
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and GenAI adoption initiatives
• Familiarity with AI agents and workflow automation
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors
• Consulting experience with enterprise clients
