Senior Manager Agile Digital Delivery & PMO

Responsibilities

• Lead agile project teams and PMO functions to deliver high-quality digital solutions
• Establish and develop agile delivery capabilities and implement agile methodologies in coordination with global teams
• Manage a team of Agile Project Managers, Agile Coaches, and Scrum Masters
• Oversee financial, budget, and procurement management processes, including forecasting and planning
• Manage vendor relationships, including performance evaluation and contract compliance
• Collaborate with Digital Solutions Managers to define, plan, and source digital projects
• Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives and best practices for Agile Project Management
• Orchestrate delivery across portfolio and squad levels by collaborating with engineering, architecture, and data teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of digital project delivery experience
• Experience within the Energy and Utility industry
• Proven management and supervisory experience
• Experience managing internal and external staff and various technologies
• Strong track record in vendor relationship management and contract compliance
• Experience in financial management, including budgeting and procurement
• Willingness and ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)
• Expertise in PMO functions and agile/scrum planning at scale
• Strong experience in program management and coordinating complex dependencies
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills for executive interaction
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and challenging deadlines in a collaborative environment
