Senior Manager Agile Digital Delivery & PMO

Responsibilities

• Lead agile project teams and manage the PMO to deliver high-performance digital solutions
• Establish and develop agile delivery capabilities and implement agile methodologies in coordination with global teams
• Lead a team of Agile Project Managers, Agile Coaches, and Scrum Masters
• Oversee financial, budget, and procurement management processes, including forecasting and planning
• Manage vendor relationships, including performance evaluation and contract compliance
• Collaborate with global and local digital planning, engineering, architecture, and data teams to orchestrate delivery
• Identify opportunities for innovative digital solutions and define project vision, milestones, and schedules
• Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives and best practices for Agile Project Management

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital project delivery
• Experience within the Energy and Utility industry
• Proven management and supervisory experience leading internal and external staff
• Extensive experience in vendor management and managing associated technologies
• Strong financial management experience, including budgeting and procurement processes
• Willingness and ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in PMO functions, practices, and Agile/Scrum planning at scale
• PMP or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)
• Strong experience in program management and overseeing multiple projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with executive leadership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and challenging deadlines in a collaborative environment
