Senior Manager, Advisory Services

Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary planning for real estate project development, including market research, feasibility analysis, and positioning analysis
• Provide architectural design suggestions
• Act as project manager to coordinate the planning team and author preliminary planning reports
• Communicate with customers regarding project development and stage work results
• Lead and manage team work arrangements

Requirements

• Master's degree or above in marketing, real estate, Chinese, advertising, or related majors
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in real estate pre-consultation and planning
• Experience with complex, commercial, tourism, or cultural real estate preferred
• Strong logical analysis, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good English reading and writing ability preferred
