Senior Manager - Advertising & Communication Design

Responsibilities

• Evolve Glance's visual identity across all formats and markets
• Set the creative standard for the team and ensure all output meets a world-class bar
• Partner with marketing, product, and content leadership to align design with brand and business objectives
• Lead design across campaigns, product marketing, films, OOH, print, performance advertising, and social media
• Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling consumer-facing communication
• Own design for partner and sales-facing materials including pitch decks and capability presentations
• Manage film and photo productions end-to-end from brief through post-production
• Manage a team of 6–10 designers across various disciplines
• Integrate AI design tools into team workflows

Requirements

• 13–15 years of experience in design and visual communications
• Minimum 10 years at advertising agencies
• 3–5 years managing a design team of 6 or more
• Proven experience managing video, film, and photo productions end-to-end
• Portfolio showcasing experience with lifestyle and fashion brands
• Familiarity with US consumer sensibilities and global brand standards
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, startup environment
