Senior Manager, Acute Therapies - CRRT

Responsibilities

• Support the global business for therapy-related disposables and vascular access products within the $850M Acute Therapies portfolio
• Conduct market and product research to validate and support marketing strategies
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans, training materials, and promotional pieces for specific portfolio disposables
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical, and regional marketing teams
• Develop value propositions and claims to drive market differentiation and optimize portfolio profitability
• Create foundational tools and materials to ensure consistent, on-brand global promotion
• Interface with global corporate executives and regional leadership to ensure organizational alignment

Requirements

• BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience in the healthcare industry
• Expertise in Medical Device or Pharma product management
• Proven skills in strategy, messaging, portfolio marketing, and product pricing
• Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders
• Strong ability to analyze market trends, financial data, and competitive intelligence
