Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for Americas credit and collections, including portfolio management, aging reviews, and cash forecasting
• Own the Americas collections automation roadmap, including segmentation strategy and dunning workflows
• Drive adoption of AI across the credit and collections workflow, including predictive risk scoring and automated reconciliation
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of credit and collections professionals and people managers
• Own credit risk strategy for new and existing Americas customers, including credit policy and limit frameworks
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Legal leadership on contract negotiations involving payment terms and credit exposure
• Drive timely resolution of material customer disputes
• Lead the Americas rollout and optimization of the AR automation platform
• Partner with Finance Systems to deploy agentic and LLM-based solutions to reduce manual work
• Deliver regular reporting on receivables health, bad debt reserves, and automation metrics

Requirements

• Experience leading credit and collections teams in a high-growth or enterprise SaaS environment
• Experience managing other managers
• Demonstrated experience driving automation across credit and collections workflows
• Strong working knowledge of commercial credit risk assessment and financial statement analysis
• Hands-on experience with ERP and AR systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and AR automation platforms
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for portfolio analysis and modeling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections
• Hands-on experience deploying AI or LLM-based solutions in a finance or AR context
• Experience supporting a company through rapid scaling and systems implementation
• Familiarity with enterprise contract structures and usage-based billing
• Working knowledge of SOX controls and audit requirements
• Comfort prompting and evaluating LLMs as part of daily work
