About the Company

Crest Ventures Limited (Crest) is a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) registered with The Reserve Bank of India & Listed with NSE & BSE. The company operates across Real Estate, Financial Services, and Credit & Investment verticals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with auditors for Half-Yearly IFC, quarterly internal, and statutory audits
• Prepare quarterly results, financial statements, and consolidated financial statements
• Prepare MIS, other reports, and review quarterly financial information for Board meetings
• Manage advance tax workings, yearly computations, and income tax returns
• Coordinate with tax consultants regarding income tax notices
• Coordinate and review GST audits and returns
• Handle RBI returns and reporting
• Prepare policies and SOPs for IFC audits
• Prepare details as per CARO and accounting standards

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
• 3–4 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in a mid-sized financial services organization
• Strong exposure to Income Tax and GST
• Ability to independently manage audits
• Experience in listed companies or NBFCs preferred
