About the role
About the Company
Crest Ventures Limited (Crest) is a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) registered with The Reserve Bank of India & Listed with NSE & BSE. The company operates across Real Estate, Financial Services, and Credit & Investment verticals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with auditors for Half-Yearly IFC, quarterly internal, and statutory audits
- Prepare quarterly results, financial statements, and consolidated financial statements
- Prepare MIS, other reports, and review quarterly financial information for Board meetings
- Manage advance tax workings, yearly computations, and income tax returns
- Coordinate with tax consultants regarding income tax notices
- Coordinate and review GST audits and returns
- Handle RBI returns and reporting
- Prepare policies and SOPs for IFC audits
- Prepare details as per CARO and accounting standards
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
- 3–4 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in a mid-sized financial services organization
- Strong exposure to Income Tax and GST
- Ability to independently manage audits
- Experience in listed companies or NBFCs preferred
