Senior Manager, Accounting Services

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations supporting multiple global regions and business units.
• Drive service delivery excellence by meeting contractual SLAs, KPIs, and productivity targets.
• Act as the primary escalation point for senior stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Build strong partnerships with Finance Controllers, Regional Finance Teams, Treasury, and Sales Operations.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve cash flow, collections effectiveness, and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Ensure strict adherence to SOX controls, audit requirements, and financial regulatory standards.
• Lead a large-scale team of managers, team leaders, and analysts across multiple geographies.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using RPA, AI, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support the migration, stabilization, and transformation of new business transitions.

Requirements

• 15 to 18+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting Shared Services or BPO environments.
• Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience specifically managing large O2C operations.
• Proven experience managing large teams of 100–150+ FTEs.
• Experience supporting global clients, with a strong preference for the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
