Senior Manager, Accounting Services

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop first-line managers and senior professional staff
• Ensure customer SLA and KPI compliance by guiding the operations of respective accounting teams
• Manage performance appraisals, pay reviews, and employee evaluations
• Drive operational effectiveness by adhering to SOPs and creating high-performance work cultures
• Resolve complex technical and operational problems within the accounting function
• Participate in business-related discussions with clients and internal stakeholders
• Set priorities and allocate resources for related teams to meet functional objectives

• Broad technical expertise in accounting and related financial disciplines
• Proven experience in leadership, specifically managing other managers and professional staff
• Strong track record in SLA and KPI management within a service delivery environment
• Expertise in performance management and employee development
• Ability to solve complex operational problems and improve team efficiency
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence senior leadership
