Senior Manager, Accounting

Responsibilities

• Oversee U.S. payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Review payroll-related accounting entries, reconciliations, accruals, and employee-related liabilities
• Manage cash positioning, cash forecasting, and daily treasury activities
• Review and approve banking transactions in accordance with company policies and internal controls
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support external audits, SOX compliance activities, and internal control initiatives
• Partner with Human Resources and payroll providers to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive accounting, payroll, treasury, or finance experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, payroll accounting, and cash management practices
• Experience with ERP systems, payroll platforms, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
