Senior Manager, Accounting & Finance

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary lead coordinating between external auditors and internal stakeholders
• Own PMO-style leadership including project planning, status reporting, and risk tracking
• Oversee audit readiness activities such as reconciliations and deliverable management
• Lead and mentor supporting team members to keep timelines on track
• Support financial reporting needs and SEC-style reporting support where applicable

Requirements

• Senior Manager-level background in accounting or audit leadership
• Proven success leading external audit facilitation
• Experience managing complex, deadline-driven workstreams
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Financial reporting experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience (providers or hospitals)
• SEC reporting exposure
• GRC or SOX experience
