Senior Manager, Accounting

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of timely and accurate SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
• Oversee consolidation, billbacks, and SEC reporting reviews.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant SEC regulations and GAAP.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors on supporting schedules and tie-out procedures.
• Prepare sections of the Management’s Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) in collaboration with FP&A.
• Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual earnings releases.
• Conduct SEC, GAAP, and PCAOB research to provide leadership with regulatory updates.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting issues, including ASC 805 business combinations.
• Oversee technical accounting matters for international teams and maintain accounting policies.
• Manage equity accounting, including stock-based compensation and equity transactions.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting SOX controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• 6+ years of experience in audit and/or external financial reporting.
• Public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred), including auditing public companies.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
