Senior Manager, Accounting

Responsibilities

• Manage local statutory close and ensure alignment with US GAAP consolidation timelines and tax reporting requirements
• Oversee intercompany transactions, ensuring proper recording, elimination, and alignment with global transfer pricing policies
• Coordinate with international teams and external tax advisors to meet local statutory requirements
• Manage external bookkeeping relationships and workflows for international partners
• Lead functional currency management for subsidiaries, including translation rates and foreign currency impact under ASC 830
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable, automated solutions for inter-company matching or PTP cycles
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and assist with ad hoc financial analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally with a mix of Big 4 public accounting and technology company roles
• Proficiency with NetSuite and Excel
• Experience with international close and consolidation processes
• Strong knowledge of ASC 830
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external vendors
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
