Senior Manager, Account Management

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term strategy and performance of a portfolio of strategic accounts, including revenue growth and retention
• Build and mentor a team of Account Managers through coaching and performance management
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, Operations, and Product teams to deliver scalable supply chain solutions
• Lead quarterly business reviews with senior client stakeholders and internal executives
• Drive top-line growth by uncovering and closing large, complex enterprise opportunities
• Monitor client health metrics and implement remediation plans to mitigate risks
• Define and monitor key account metrics and process improvements to optimize operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or supply chain operations
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing large, global accounts
• Deep domain expertise in logistics, freight forwarding, or global supply chain
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations
• Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
• Experience driving revenue growth in complex, enterprise-level deals

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with multinational clients
• Experience shaping strategy and delivering scalable supply chain solutions
