Senior Manager, Account Management

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term strategy and performance of a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, client health, and retention.
• Build and mentor a team of Account Managers through coaching, performance management, and career development plans.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, Operations, and Product teams to design and deliver scalable, differentiated supply chain solutions.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with senior client stakeholders and internal executives to demonstrate value and expand footprint.
• Drive top-line growth by uncovering and closing large, complex enterprise opportunities.
• Monitor key account metrics and service levels to optimize client experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing large, global accounts.
• Deep domain expertise in logistics, freight forwarding, or global supply chain.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and executive-level communication skills.
