About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own ABM strategy for a focused portfolio of large Health System and MSO opportunities
  • Partner with Enterprise AEs to develop account plans, map buying committees, and build engagement strategies
  • Design and execute personalized 1:1 and 1:few programs across digital, gifting, field events, and thought leadership
  • Build coordinated account plays around product launches, industry moments, and customer stories
  • Use AI for account research, stakeholder mapping, personalization, and campaign execution
  • Measure account engagement, pipeline progression, and revenue contribution in partnership with RevOps

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • 3+ years leading ABM or enterprise demand generation for complex B2B sales
  • Proven success driving measurable pipeline and accelerating large enterprise deals
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying committees and long sales cycles
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Clay
  • Demonstrated AI fluency for research and campaign execution
  • Strong analytical instincts and commercial mindset
