Senior Management Strategy & Business Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support financial services leaders in growth, performance, and operational excellence across banking, insurance, and asset management sectors.
• Define, design, and implement growth and transformation strategies for clients.
• Optimize customer value, relationship management, and client experience.
• Drive business transformation by optimizing, digitalizing, and redesigning operational models to improve agility and productivity.
• Lead diverse and high-impact consulting missions requiring creativity and professionalism.

Requirements

• Bac+5 degree from a business school, engineering school, or university.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting or within the financial services sector.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French.
• Proactive, rigorous, and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to learn.
