Senior Management Reporting Analyst, Finance PMO

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to define, validate, and prioritize Management Reporting requirements, KPIs, and business definitions.
• Analyze and document end-to-end reporting flows, including upstream ERP systems, transformation logic, and downstream consumption tools.
• Support reporting across multiple environments including SAP reporting layers, enterprise data hubs, and business intelligence platforms.
• Develop a deep understanding of complex reporting data models used for corporate and management financial reporting.
• Provide feedback on solution designs to ensure reporting outputs are accurate, auditable, and fit-for-purpose for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or Finance-focused analysis supporting reporting, data, or ERP initiatives.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL for queries and data analysis to validate and reconcile reporting results.
• Experience with SAP Finance and management reporting environments, including familiarity with Finance data domains.
• Experience with cloud data warehousing and modern data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools such as SAP BusinessObjects or Sigma.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall).

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex reporting concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with business process mapping and documentation tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, Scrum, or finance certifications like CA, CPA, or CMA.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Finance reporting or ERP implementations.
