Responsibilities

• Own and drive execution of the business–analytics roadmap for key CPG / Consumer clients
• Lead client workshops to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete data, analytics, and AI use cases
• Define business problems, synthesize findings, and articulate how solutions improve client objectives
• Liaise with senior client stakeholders (CxO / functional leaders) to present solution approaches
• Lead solutioning and presales, including shaping problem statements, SoWs, and proposals
• Manage cross-functional teams (DE, DS, BI) for high-quality delivery, including sprint planning and risk management
• Contribute to organization-building through training, mentoring, and developing reusable consulting frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, CS, or a related quantitative discipline
• 8+ years of business or management consulting experience
• Significant exposure to CPG or Lifesciences domains (Demand Planning, Pricing, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Proven exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles
• Demonstrated client relationship management at the C-suite or leadership level
• Experience developing new consulting capabilities or offerings within target industry verticals
• Prior experience in a consulting/analytics firm, Big-4, or digital practice is strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA from a top-tier business school (IIMs or equivalent)
• Direct experience working within the CPG industry
• Understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms
• Hands-on experience with analytical tools
• Active B1/B2 (US Visa)
