Requirements

• At least five years of experience in management consulting or internal consulting
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Passion for business transformation and agile ways of working

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in or supporting agile teams
• Experience with product management or transitioning from project to product-focused approaches
• Understanding of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), including OKRs and capacity management
• Experience deploying business change techniques to shift organizational mindsets
