Senior Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide launch service project management and systems engineering for the Rocket Systems Launch Program (RSLP) in support of Space Systems Command (SSC).
• Support the development of contract requirements, action items, presentation materials, and decision briefings.
• Assess and document project budgets, cost accounting, and schedules to meet customer objectives.
• Coordinate actions with multiple mission partners from DoD agencies and commercial industry.
• Facilitate integrated product teams, program management reviews, design and readiness reviews, and technical interchange meetings.
• Ensure compliance with National, DoD, USAF, USSF, and SSC policies.
• Identify potential cost, schedule, and performance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate launch campaign activities, including site preparation and facility support requirements.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance and US Citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Technical Management, Systems Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 5 years of relevant experience with Space Systems Command or a DoD, NASA, or commercial equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, oral/written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multi-functional missions and multiple deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Master's Degree in a relevant field (including MBA with technical experience).
• 10 years of prior launch, missile, or space operational experience.
• Proficiency in CCaR, MS Project, Confluence, or Jira.
