Senior Management Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Month End Reporting for the Group and its subsidiaries
• Prepare detailed balance sheet analyses and accompanying MI
• Manage Group Consolidation through building and maintaining key control schedules
• Uphold key controls within the Financial Control Framework
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including divisional finance and external auditors
• Develop junior members of the team
• Prepare Month-End accounting for current and new hedging instruments (interest rate swaps)
• Manage IFRS 9 expected credit loss processes and controls
• Handle accounting for Special Purpose Debt Vehicles

Requirements

• Technical accounting experience
• Experience communicating and influencing senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of GL accounting systems, cashbook, and purchase ledger systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify requirements and appropriate solutions with stakeholders
