Senior Management Accountant

Responsibilities

• Support weekly and monthly financial reporting cycles
• Perform ledger close tasks, journal preparation, and reconciliations
• Provide analysis on overheads, manufacturing variances, and inventory
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and capital tracking
• Partner with operational teams to deliver insights and drive efficiencies
• Support internal controls, compliance, and audit processes
• Engage with external partners, including auditors and joint venture stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in accounting, finance, or a similar discipline
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or commercial finance
• CA/CPA qualification or currently working towards qualification
• SAP experience
