Senior Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs
• Perform apartment turnovers and painting
• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas
• Handle emergency calls and participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

• Experience in all trades including plumbing, electrical, and A/C
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for on-call rotation
• Customer service focus and ability to work in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance on a 100+ unit property
