About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electro-mechanical systems
- Support and improve equipment such as conveyors, A-Frames, printers, strappers, compressors, and other automated technologies
- Read and interpret electrical schematics
- Lead and mentor junior maintenance staff
- Work with vendors and contractors to resolve issues
- Learn new systems as technology evolves
Requirements
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills ranging from relay logic to microprocessor controls
- Knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems including AC/DC drives, PLCs, UPS, and compressors
- Ability to work nights, holidays, and occasional short-notice call-ins
- Quick learner with solid problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- NEC knowledge and light electrical construction experience
- Experience with LOTO, OSHA, and work order systems
- Technical degree or trade certification
