Senior Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC components such as air filters, drain pans, and condensate pumps
• Utilize Building Management Systems (BMS) to manage temperature settings, lighting, and schedules
• Maintain building finishes including ceiling tiles, door hardware, wallpaper, and painting
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for safety hazards or malfunctioning conditions
• Operate and maintain fire and life safety systems, including fire alarms and pumps
• Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests
• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and company safety directives

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 4+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting
• Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, or painting
• Basic computing skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, stooping, and crouching
