About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead a maintenance team of mechanics and technicians to support manufacturing operations.
  • Manage the execution of planned maintenance periods and projects with precision.
  • Ensure strict compliance with preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, GMP, GDP, and EHS guidelines.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to meet annual operational plans and budgetary commitments.
  • Facilitate and conduct training for employees regarding troubleshooting, maintenance skills, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment using 6S principles.
  • Support talent management by providing feedback and coordinating disciplinary actions as necessary.

Requirements

  • AAS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and process areas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CMMS.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Lockout/Tagout and other safety programs.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and written work instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
  • CMRP certification.
  • Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical facility.
