Senior Maintenance & HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC components including coils, Freon, compressors, and fans
• Perform full HVAC system installations including air handlers and compressors
• Repair and replace residential appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, washers, and dryers
• Manage plumbing tasks including replacing toilets, sinks, faucets, water heaters, and garbage disposals
• Handle electrical tasks including installing light fixtures, switches, receptacles, and connecting appliances
• Perform general maintenance including minor drywall repair, texture application, touch-up painting, and minor carpentry
• Log work time, submit material receipts, and provide before/after photos for all repairs

Requirements

• 7+ years of maintenance experience in apartments or rental properties
• 7+ years of residential HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and full system installations
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Experience working with older residential properties (1980s-2000s)
• Ability to perform significant daily driving within the Orlando metro area
