Senior Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of construction and maintenance requirements
• Plan, schedule, and direct construction and maintenance activities to achieve project milestones and performance targets
• Oversee and manage Construction Subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Prepare and execute construction and maintenance plans to support efficient project delivery
• Ensure compliance with all relevant international standards, codes, and project specifications
• Identify and implement improvements in construction, maintenance, and operational practices
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and support decision-making to maintain timelines and budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• 6+ years of work experience
• Proven experience in oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or major infrastructure construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, maintenance practices, economic principles, and industry regulations
• Excellent coordination, planning, and project management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
