Senior Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical expertise in maintenance practices and engineering principles to guide teams and solve complex issues.
• Lead and coordinate major maintenance projects, including equipment upgrades, installations, and overhauls.
• Mentor and coach junior maintenance engineers and technicians to foster professional development.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and schedules to minimize unscheduled downtime.
• Analyze maintenance data to generate reports on equipment performance, costs, and operational metrics.
• Perform regular inspections of facilities and systems to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven track record of leading maintenance teams and managing maintenance projects.
• Experience developing and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Familiarity with industrial safety protocols and regulations.
• Strong project management skills to execute maintenance tasks within established timelines.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
