Senior Maintenance and Utilities Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on bioprocessing equipment including bioreactors, centrifuges, and filtration units
• Execute maintenance on facility utilities such as boilers, chillers, air compressors, WFI water systems, and HVAC systems
• Diagnose complex equipment malfunctions and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in compliance with GMP, FDA regulations, and audit requirements
• Provide technical support for the start-up, commissioning, and turnover of new systems
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to other technicians and contractors
• Plan and execute site shutdowns to ensure minimal disruption to operations

Requirements

• High School Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience, OR
• Associate/Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in CMMS platforms (D365 EAM, SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent)
• Experience in a regulated GMP manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with machinery and noise
