Senior Maintenance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform technical visits to logistics units to develop maintenance plans and detailed technical reports.
• Oversee the execution of services and manage the handover of completed works.
• Develop, validate, and monitor the annual budget for maintenance and corporate facilities.
• Manage service providers to ensure compliance with delivery standards, service levels, schedules, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and risk management policies.
• Maintain machines, equipment, and buildings by managing KPIs such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), and availability.
• Manage the planning team and the utilities plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Automation Engineering.
• Proven experience in maintenance planning, execution, control, and facility management.
• Experience in contract management and overseeing outsourced service providers.
• Knowledge of zero-based budgeting, operational and capital expenses (OPEX/CAPEX), asset management, and failure analysis.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software, presentation tools, and corporate maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Availability for onsite work in Campo Grande/MS and full mobility for national or regional travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management and productive maintenance methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems.
• Experience with internal logistics systems.
