Senior Maintenance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for stores and distribution centers.
• Supervise and monitor service contracts with maintenance providers.
• Perform failure analysis and propose improvements to optimize maintenance processes.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts and materials required for maintenance activities.
• Prepare periodic reports regarding equipment status and actions taken.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize operational impact during maintenance interventions.
• Implement preventive maintenance plans for critical equipment to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, or a related Engineering field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance within retail or similar industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC (climatization) systems.
• Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Ability to interpret technical blueprints and diagrams.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Ability to work onsite and manage teams and external providers effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in industrial maintenance or asset management.
• Knowledge of industrial automation and control.
• Experience specifically within convenience stores or retail environments.
