Senior Machine Operator-Paint

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery including surface paint, edge paint, edge sanding, lacquer coater, and spray cabin
• Set, adjust, and maintain process and machine settings
• Perform visual inspections of raw materials and verify quality of finished products
• Report all irregularities related to subordinate devices to the supervisor
• Assist maintenance teams with repairs and perform small maintenance tasks unsupervised

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing machine operator experience
• Proven experience in machine set-up and computer proficiency
• High mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and product specifications
• Practical knowledge of continuous flow automated manufacturing processes
• Background in CNC machining or a strong mechanical foundation
