Senior Machine Learning Researcher

Responsibilities

• Propose, design, and implement innovative ML models for AI security problems
• Collaborate with mathematicians and researchers to integrate theoretical advances into applied models
• Adapt and fine-tune state-of-the-art models for specific contexts
• Design experimental protocols and evaluation frameworks to validate hypotheses
• Analyze and interpret experimental data to guide future research
• Optimize model performance and efficiency in collaboration with ML engineers
• Communicate results and synchronize work with other researchers and engineers

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred)
• 5+ years of research experience in deep learning with state-of-the-art models
• Proven experience in training, adapting, or fine-tuning models (transfer learning, domain adaptation, meta-learning)
• Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Strong Python software development skills
• Experience with version control, collaboration tools, and experiment tracking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience analyzing state-of-the-art model behavior in critical security contexts
• Experience designing model alignment strategies or benchmarks
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or probabilistic graphical models
• History of high-quality research contributions in deep learning
