Senior Machine Learning Ops Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, deploy, and operate scalable cloud-based MLOps platforms and workflows
• Own the technical strategy and evolution of ML infrastructure to improve developer productivity and scalability
• Build robust, automated systems for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Implement infrastructure optimization strategies to balance performance, reliability, and cost
• Evaluate emerging tools and industry best practices in MLOps and cloud infrastructure
• Establish engineering best practices including CI/CD, testing, and monitoring
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers through design and code reviews
• Partner with ML engineers, researchers, and product teams to translate requirements into infrastructure solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of programming experience in Python and its ecosystem
• Strong general software engineering skills
• Familiarity with Linux
• Expertise in infrastructure, cloud, and/or MLOps
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building MLOps pipelines for deep learning based perception solutions on AWS or GCP
