Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build a first-class machine learning platform managing the entire model lifecycle, including feature engineering, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Identify and generate features to be leveraged by multiple use cases and models through deep data analysis.
• Develop and evaluate algorithms using techniques such as Decision Trees, Logistic Regression, Neural Networks, and Bayesian Analysis for both batch and real-time prediction.
• Perform low-level systems debugging, performance measurement, and optimization on large production clusters.
• Partner with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver impactful advertising technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in applied machine learning working on real-world use cases.
• Proficient coding skills and strong software development experience in Spark, Python, or Java.
• Experience with distributed ML frameworks such as Spark-MLlib or TensorFlow.
• Ability to work with large-scale computing frameworks and data analysis systems (e.g., Spark, Hive, NoSQL stores like Aerospike or ScyllaDB).
• Familiarity with real-time model evaluation under low-latency constraints.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Ad Tech.
• Proficient use of AI tools and agentic coding practices.
