Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Data Scientists and business stakeholders to translate analytical needs into robust ML solutions
• Design and build end-to-end ML pipelines including data, features, training, and serving
• Spearhead advancements in AI and Agentic frameworks to push the boundaries of the ML platform
• Set up monitoring, A/B testing, and metrics frameworks to measure real impact
• Perform Root Cause Analysis to troubleshoot model and data-related issues
• Contribute to technical strategy, best practices, and CI/CD processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building ML systems in production
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field
• Proven track record in building, monitoring, and optimizing large-scale ML solutions and infrastructure
• Essential experience with Databricks and Databricks MLflow
• Experience with pipeline scheduling tools such as Airflow and Astronomer
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Terraform and GitHub

Preferred Qualifications

• Production experience deploying Databricks Genie AI and other Databricks Agentic solutions
