Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead development of recommendation systems for SVOD, Live TV, and FAST personalization
• Drive ML innovation at scale by conducting deep dives into models and system components
• Own the ML pipeline including data extraction, feature engineering, model training, and deployment
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into ML solutions
• Apply deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch to develop state-of-the-art models
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing and ML experiments to iterate on model performance
• Contribute to the strategic planning of the recommendations roadmap

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in backend engineering and/or data science
• 4+ years of focused experience in machine learning
• Strong coding skills in Python
• Proficiency in ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with Amazon SageMaker or similar MLOps platforms
• Proven track record of leading projects and delivering impactful ML solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically with recommendation systems
• Experience with Two-Tower models and Deep Cross Networks (DCN)
