Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build user-signal features at scale using offline and online feature pipelines
• Develop user-understanding models including identity prediction and embeddings
• Integrate model outputs directly into ads targeting, bidding, and ranking models
• Own the full model lifecycle from data preparation to deployment and monitoring
• Bridge modeling and serving to ensure low-latency, high-QPS real-time bidding
• Improve signal quality, coverage, and data validation systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Ads, Data, and Platform teams
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews and mentoring

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, ML, Statistics, or related field
• 5+ years of industry experience as an ML engineer or applied scientist
• Strong foundation in feature engineering, supervised learning, and embeddings
• Proficiency in Python and ML stacks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, Flink, SQL)
• Proven experience taking models from idea to production and A/B testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in Ads, recommendation, search, or growth ML
• Experience with user-signal/behavioral data and identity prediction
• Familiarity with online feature serving and vector stores
• Experience with streaming systems like Kafka or Flink
• Knowledge of the big-data ecosystem (Hadoop, Hive, Presto/Trino)
• Experience with distributed model training and inference optimization
