Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for real-time applications
• Architect scalable, reliable ML pipelines that integrate with backend systems
• Explore emerging algorithms and technologies such as LLMs
• Partner with ML engineers, product managers, and data scientists
• Provide technical direction and mentor junior engineers
• Write production-level code and participate in code reviews

Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning modeling (or 3+ years with a Ph.D.)
• Experience with deep learning for recommendation systems (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Understanding of statistical concepts like hypothesis testing and regression analysis
• Experience translating ML research into production systems
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, or other programming languages
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver solutions at scale
