Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of machine learning solutions on enterprise infrastructure following industry best practices
• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for integrated business planning processes
• Manage the full lifecycle of ML models, including monitoring, data gathering for retraining, and updates
• Implement engineering standards such as coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing
• Define and implement metrics to evaluate functional performance and computational resource efficiency
• Manage a team of up to 3 Machine Learning Engineers and mentor colleagues to develop technical excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in mathematics, computer science, or a related scientific discipline
• 5-10 years of industry experience with a proven track record in machine learning engineering
• Extensive experience implementing ML pipelines on large datasets
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages
• Proven experience deploying machine learning solutions on enterprise infrastructure
• Ability to manage competing priorities across a portfolio of projects and work effectively with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and distributed computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack
• Understanding of software engineering principles including modular design and clean code
