Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the full AI/ML lifecycle from prototype to deployment, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with product needs
• Design, develop, and implement AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and action
• Lead the architecture and deployment of enterprise-scale ML solutions and production-grade ML services
• Productionize ML models using CI/CD, MLOps, model monitoring, and automated retraining
• Build and optimize feature pipelines, training workflows, and inference services
• Partner with Data Engineering and Platform teams to ensure data and infrastructure readiness
• Implement monitoring for model drift, performance, and reliability
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and data science teams
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies including LLMs, vector search, and GPU acceleration

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in applied science or complex software systems, specifically involving deep learning and LLMs
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience building ETL pipelines (Airflow preferred)
• Strong software development skills with experience in AI frameworks and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Proven experience running ML systems in production at scale
• Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in designing and developing multi-agent systems for complex task collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field
• Familiarity with graph-based techniques, semantic search, and hybrid search systems
• Experience with large-scale data handling and telemetry systems
