Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the end-to-end design and implementation of the generative AI platform
• Work closely with customers and internal ML researchers to identify development areas
• Translate product requirements into user interfaces and backend distributed system design
• Design and build core platform infrastructure supporting customer-facing features
• Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of backend distributed systems

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on programming experience in Python, Scala, Go, or C++
• Strong experience in distributed systems design and building large-scale systems
• Experience building ML platform systems for data preparation, training, evaluation, or serving
• Strong end-to-end product ownership and intuition for system design and usability
• Effective communication skills for articulating complex technical ideas

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience developing ML models
