Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of machine learning solutions from hypothesis formulation to automated scaling
- Develop and deploy advanced algorithmic solutions using Contextual Bandits, Deep Q-Networks (DQN/DDQN), and Bayesian optimization
- Build robust data pipelines and ensure model reliability in production environments
- Design rigorous A/B tests and implement causal inference to validate model performance
- Provide technical leadership and management to offshore engineering teams
Requirements
- 1-5+ years of industry machine learning experience
- Strong expertise in Reinforcement Learning (RL), Bandit algorithms, and Bayesian inference
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation
- Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms like AWS SageMaker or Databricks
- Strong background in experiment design and A/B testing
