Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build systems for training, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models at scale within the Disputes platform
• Build and optimize data pipelines and backend services to process dispute and payment data in real time
• Build and scale the feature store for both online and offline use cases
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from requirement refinement and data pipeline construction to model training and production deployment
• Turn raw data into production-ready features that feed dispute systems
• Collaborate with platform and backend engineers to integrate models seamlessly

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an MLOps or Machine Learning Engineer
• High proficiency in writing clear, production-ready Python code
• Proven experience with production ML models (online or offline) and standard MLOps practices
• Experience with monitoring and observability of production systems
• Experience with training and operating models on Databricks
• Familiarity with cloud-based application development (AWS or Azure)
• Knowledge of ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, xgboost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Spark
