About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and improve causal algorithms for pricing and customer targeting
- Implement and deploy at-scale machine learning solutions for millions of customers
- Deploy batch and online machine learning models at high scale
- Develop and improve code and technology for brand-new features
- Mentor and coach junior engineers
- Contribute to technical direction and establish ML standards
Requirements
- Professional experience in machine learning with deep learning expertise
- Mastery of deep learning and distributed computing frameworks
- Experience managing multi-instance clusters for distributed training across GPUs
- Proficiency in data and model parallelism techniques
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, CI/CD, containerisation, and observability
- Knowledge of MLOps principles and tooling
- Ability to provide technical leadership and mentoring
