Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive BEES AI’s mission and ML strategy by creating concrete technical roadmaps and aligning architecture with long-term goals
• Own the end-to-end technical delivery of ML pipelines, including architecture, data/feature pipelines, model development, and production scaling
• Design and standardize the ML model development framework to improve consistency and reuse across teams
• Implement observability across the model lifecycle through monitoring, logging, and alerting for performance, quality, and drift
• Optimize deployments to minimize cost and maximize quality, ensuring efficient resource allocation and meeting SLAs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Proven experience with ML platform architecture (e.g., feature stores, model registries, training and inference pipelines)
• Strong systems thinking skills regarding scalability, reliability, latency, and cost
• Proficiency in software design patterns for building maintainable, production-ready ML systems
• Technical expertise in Python, PySpark, and SQL
• Experience with Kubernetes, Databricks, Terraform, and Azure Cloud

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field
• Proficiency in Java, Rust, or NodeJS
• Experience with ML Frameworks such as BentoML, Kedro, Seldon, KServe, or Triton Inference Server
• Experience with ML Libraries including Scikit Learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or ONNX
